Terms of Service

I. General Terms

  • Kindly fill in the commission form.

  • At least 1 to 3 references is required. (the character, desired pose, wardrobe, etc.)

  • Posting is allowed as long as there is proper credit.

  • Printing is allowed but only for personal use.

  • I will not copy another artist's art style.

  • I will not draw chibi, NSFW and furry.

  • I have right to decline a commission.

  • Turnaround may take a week to 2 months.

  • There will be a maximum of 3 revisions.

  • Revisions are only done during the sketching process

  • The artist should not be rushed

  • Complicated commissions are generally expensive.

II. Payment

  • I only accept payments through bank transfer, gcash, and paypal.

  • The client will pay %25 percent before starting the piece.

  • The client will pay %75 percent before receiving the final sketch (to be informed by the artist)

  • The client must pay 100% before receiving the final artwork (to be informed by the artist)

  • Refunds can ONLY be done before the artist starts working on the commission.

II. Disclaimers

  • Commissions are strictly for PERSONAL USE only.

  • Commercial use can be discussed in detail.

  • I will be asking for the client's permission to post the commissions on my socials and portfolios.

  • You may NOT resell my artworks in any way.
